DROP — Precision Sealed-Bearing EDC

Precision EDC / Sealed-Bearing Spinner

A pocket full of
quiet momentum.

DROP is a CNC-milled aluminum keychain fidget built around one real sealed ball bearing — the same tolerance you'd expect from a machined tool, not a toy.

↻ click and flick the bearing — it free-spins just like the real one

The whole point is the spin.

Everything on DROP exists to serve four seconds of near-silent rotation: the mass is balanced around the bearing axis, the races are sealed against pocket lint, and the fit is snug enough that it never rattles on your keys.

Spec plate

Built like a machined part, because it is one.

Every DROP starts as a solid billet, not a casting — so the tolerances you feel in the spin are the same ones on this plate.

How it's made

Four stations. One bearing pressed by hand.

01

CNC milled

A 6061 aluminum billet is milled on a 5-axis CNC to ±0.02mm, keeping the bearing bore perfectly round.

02

Deburred & polished

Every edge is hand-eased and the faces are polished before anything goes near the finishing tank.

03

Type III anodized

Small-batch hard-anodizing bakes the color into the aluminum instead of coating over it.

04

Pressed & spin-tested

The bearing is press-fit, spin-tested, and hand-inspected before it's cleared to ship.

Questions

Before you carry one

A confident flick averages 2–4 minutes depending on grip and surface. The demo above uses the same friction curve as the real bearing.

Type III hard-anodizing is baked into the aluminum rather than coated on top, so it resists everyday scuffs, keys, and pocket lint far better than a painted finish.

Yes — the integrated loop takes a standard split ring or a lanyard clip, and it's sized to sit flat against your other keys.

Every DROP carries a lifetime mechanical warranty on the body and bearing. If the bearing ever binds or seizes under normal use, we'll replace it.

Yes — worldwide shipping with tracking on every order, and orders placed on business days ship within 2–4 days.
